Can not post, IP blocked

To overcome Ip Blocking I usually use VPN or can change the sim card provider if I use the internet from Sim Card. The reason IP is blocked is because the Public IP is the same as other people when they want to register. But if you don't want to use VPN and don't want to bother, you can pay the Fee set to open the Blocked IP, It's safer and more legal.

Agree, I think so too that paying the fee in btc is the only way to unblock your IP address/account to start posting on this forum. I also encountered this issue the first time I made my first account here way back 2016 then I tried using a VPN and it fixed the issue. Only theymos can decide about it. Well its not our fault if we are using the IP address which is banned here in the forum, it is randomly selected by our ISP. You can restart your router until you get a new IP which is allow here.

I'm sure that many people don't want to bother with paying fee or using VPN.
They will simple give up and move on as my friend did.
After all,  there are many other ways for communication about crypto and people will use other available channels.
Other possibility is that people will simple give up completelly from crypto after such welcome in this forum.

What are the chances that such thing would happen to a user that was never banned before! I didn't see many people complaining about it anyway.
If your ISP is distributing ips dynamically and you were too unlucky and got an evil ip, then I believe restarting your router and getting another ip will fix the problem.

I am talking about newbies in crypto who never even heard about Bitcointalk forum...
and yes they have dynamic IP addresses, but restarting modem will not solve the issue,
and why would newbie even had to do that in first place?

A dynamic IP address is not helpful because the evil associated with an account does not depend only on your IP. It depends on IP of neighbors too. Most probably, there are some regions that bitcointalk don't like them and everyone with an IP from those regions have some troubles to make an account.

When you register, the IP that you used when you submitted the registration form is used to calculate your evilness. The more frequently this IP or its neighbors were banned, the more evil is associated with your account.

This has nothing to do with evil fees. These only affect NEW REGISTERED users and since OP made this post and had others from 2 years ago, then that's 100% not the case.

I'm talking about real issue here,  and shared concrete event happened a fee days ago when new registered user received message that he can't write posts on this forum because his IP is blocked because of the evil associated with his IP.
He was asked to pay fee in order to be able to write posts on this forum.
I don't think it's ok to ask new users something like this, specially people who are new in the crypto world and still learning how to buy or sell btc.
I don't think that my post is useless and will continue to fight until admins change this bad rule.

Why would bitcointalk system ban whole regions and countries inside Europe?
We need some update if this is the case, but we can also perform a test, where everyone can try to register new account for test,
or ask some random person on street or to do the same.

If any of you wants to change the evil fees system, then create a proper thread for this. This thread is about OP's issue and nothing else. Anything else is off-topic as this is no place to discuss evil-fee related issues (which are totally unrelated to OP's case).

This is my last post here about this (evil fees) and I recommend that everybody else does the same until (and if) OP comes back.

Some IP are being blocked here maybe it is a restriction in every country , internet service provider or ISP has the ability to block the website you are currently browsing, but then if you will notice when you are using a device such as modem , your IP will be change you may go to a website (just look for whereismyip site I cant remember but it will appear on top when being search in google) to see if your IP was change, similar to using mobile phone, try to OFF your data or make it in AIRPLANE MODE so that your IP address will be change too. If none of these help you maybe you may use VPN in order for you to browse here, there are many free VPN in internet. Or else you need to pay so that your IP will have an access.
