Bitcoin value determines the existence of this market and any altcoin must follow this rule to exist with Bitcoin. In my opinion, the value of Bitcoin depends very much on the psychology of investors because if only investors have good psychology, any investment will be easy but can only be applied when the market tends to increase . Now the bear market continues and we are at a very bad stage so investments in altcoin are not encouraged.

I would like to talk about the current condition after 5 months, the market is improving but not what we've expected, we all thought after moving up to $12000 it's on its way to the $15000 market and so on, of course, we can expect some bumps or dip along the way, but we do not expect it to drop to the $9500 to $10000 level again, so we can say is the market is good but not as good as we expect it to be, there are still some traps along the way.

As of now the bitcoin dominance hits a 28-month high, its a good news for some but would be bad for some alternative coins, many people are moving to Bitcoin and alts are losing its price, but as we experienced back in 2017, the ATH of Bitcoin also help on the price of altcoins, it's still possible that it will happen again.

Most of the potential coins are still in red colour, due to the market fluctuation the price of altcoins is not increasing due to Bitcoin dominance. I hope coins are increasing because most of the people are pumping the coin but they don't have active developments.

That sounds frustrating when we see our tokens definitely affected with the recent price supression, due to btc market spikes. Alts nowadays cannot move forward, because of those reasons that created strong resistance to pull down the market of alts. I am also bitcoin holder, but it's not good enough to see btc was only moving greener and so sad when all of my alts we'rent able to obtain a profitable price pumps.
