Any one know how to fix this issue? my miner does not hash because the control board is unable to communicate with the hashboards. I tried replacing the connection cables from the controle board to the hasboard. (did not work).

I tried new psu (did not work)

I tried changing fans with new ones (did not work)

I tried booting each hashboard separately (did not work)

I tried swtiching to an older version of firmware (did not work)

I tried lastest version of firmware b29+_20181023_130635 (did not work)

Thats pretty everything I tried. If anyone knows how to fix this please help. I have 9 a9zmasters and alot of them have these log errors, they have stopped hashing.

All of my A9's are hashing normally.

Have any of you guys been messing around with overclocking for better hash rates?

I'm not sure its related but I noticed this difficulty pattern change once before. Usually Zcash difficulty spikes back and forth but on Sept. 4th it started to flatline (see link).

Have you tried a factory reset? The A9 uses a file system where some updates may not fix the broken file.

I would try the backdate and downgrade process to see if it fixes the file. If you downgrade the firmware you can get ssh access and fix the files that may be bad and are not getting replaced during a upgrade if it is a firmware problem. Also check all ribbon cables to control board.

If you can downgrade I have files that may fix the spi problem, I have been working on mods for the a9 and can pretty much change any voltage and speed including the spi speeds. Pm me if you would like more help.
