Hello Adrianto1995! Main function of Ether-arts card is lottery ticket that never expired! We already have launched our project on mainnet @ April 15th.
Our first lottery draw has successfully finished on April 25th, and we are about to draw second winner cards on May 5th.

Yes, we give 10% rolling royalties to all new artists who works are featured. It’s important to us to support up-and-coming artists, so that they have the platform to continue their creativity and rise to prominence.

So the cards can be bought from the website market and have different values according to their rarity, meaning that only a few people be in possession of the rarest/most expensive cards, unless those in possession wish to sell/exchange them on the market with other card holders/enthusiasts
The team do not hold or own any cards, but purely oversee their generation and payouts to winners. A breakdown of prize payments and their distribution is extremely straightforward and can readily be found on the Whitepaper and website.
