You may already know that Craigslist.com has added a filter to find items for sale in cryptocurrency. It can be a simple, anonymous way to get bitcoin for the stuff you are getting rid of anyway.

But I am curious about what you are finding locally on Craigslist.  I'm in Denver at the moment and here is the link to what is for sale:
https://denver.craigslist.org/search/sss?crypto_currency_ok=1

To check your town just go to Craigslist and is should direct you to your location. The select "For sale". If you look at the filters on the left you will notice a " cryptocurrency ok" option you can select.  There you have it!

Please post if you find something interesting or funny.  I'll start with this listing:
https://denver.craigslist.org/for/d/denver-like-new-1-2-lb-closed-loop/6834382664.html

It's an extraction tower for making your own Cannabis extracts.  Cheesy

It is actually my first time to know about this Craiglist.com and I find it very convenient, I guess?

But yes, today we can actually use our cryptocurrencies to buy our stuff. Let me just find the links of the sites where you will be able to have a card that will serve as your debit card with your cryptocurrencies. But yes, as of today I would be more than happy to access your shared site, as well and thank you so much!

Probably not a coincidence, given where I am at this current time (Netherlands), but my local Craigslist is showing me Cannabis-related items. Here's the Bitcoin merchandise at a bigger city's listing: https://amsterdam.craigslist.org/search/sss?crypto_currency_ok=1

Probably not a surprise to find in Netherlands:
- a decent variety of listings. NL's a Bitcoin-friendly place and home to 2 events this week for Coinfest
- bicycles sold for BTC. Bikes are stolen every day, there are probably 2 for every person here! And enforcement can't be bothered to check;)

Now see the first physical item for offer in Amsterdam: https://amsterdam.craigslist.org/bpo/d/anchor-chain/6845771455.html

An ANCHOR CHAIN. Sturdy stuff, this;)

It is kinda cool. Like a giant garage sale all in bitcoin.

Probably not a coincidence, given where I am at this current time (Netherlands)...

Same in Denver, lots of cannabis related equipment. I'm in Madison Wisconsin now. Here is a find from Madison Craigslist. Ewwww.
https://madison.craigslist.org/clo/d/madison-selling-old-underwear-female/6845640359.html

But the Anchor chain is something I need to find a use for. LOL

Craigslist hasn't really caught on in this part of the world.
I mean, we do have similar websites here, but they really do not have the same sorts of offers that you'd find on Craigslist.

Too bad that it's such a US-centric thing, I don't think that our local equivalent would ever offer a specific section for cryptocurrency.

It's an extraction tower for making your own Cannabis extracts.  Cheesy

And yet another thing that I could only dream of in my country  Wink

That's cool. I never check out craigslist we have a couple different sites in Canada that seem more popular, at least outside major centers. I did find 2 items though, pretty drastic change.

400 KM away, 2001 Hummer for $59000

150 KM a women's jacket for $50

That's the only 2 in my province it jumps to south of the border. Once I get my coins built up again I might check it out more often to see what is available.

I've always wanted one of these. Thanks to the power of crypto, and a 500 mile round trip, I can - https://kent.craigslist.org/art/d/box-of-500x-windowed-gummed-manilla/6836759509.html

Craigslist has basically failed in the UK. I did used to enjoy reading the personals ads but they seem to have stopped them. I really, really can't believe any real people ever met through them, or rather real females.

Not a whole lot on my local Craigslist for sale accepting cryptocurrency, but I was surprised to see how many of the listings were cars or tractors near me. Also noticed an iPad Pro 10.5 with 256GB storage for around $500, and an antique tractor for around $3000 that stood out to me. Glad to see there's plenty of other crypto users in my city besides me. Haven't used CL in a while though I do occasionally look around for good deals on computer parts and computers.

I guess it's hit or miss then. When I travel abroad I like to check our Craigslist and have had the same experience. Turkey, for example, is Craigslist friendly. Ya never know.
