I made some research, they announce it during the playoffs.
I also like the Finals MVP though, but I think I will just stick with the rules above, I already finalized it and one member already made his prediction.
I don't want to cause confusion, the criteria are already fun enough to for this game IMO.

Warriors is 52 and 24, while Bucks is 57 and 20. The Raptors are even ahead of them with 54 and 23. And the playoffs is fast approaching, with less than 10 games left in the regular season.

Thank you for updating the OP. Its more clearer now. I really thought you meant about (C) is the team who will sit on the top seed after the regular season.
Just a few more clarification. The deadline of filling out the predictions will be on April 12? Because ive heard the NBA playoffs will begin on the 13th.
