They already agreed to #1, as it is one of the terms laid out in OP.

BTC on the condition that they do a fake-chargeback and resolve it a couple of hours later?
That is ridiculously foolish, in my opinion, because if he contacts Paypal support tomorrow, the next day or a week from now and says "My account was hacked, check the IP - it wasn't me!" and says all of the activity over the last 48-hours or whatever was unauthorized activity then that "resolved" chargeback, the transaction and anything else that happened on the account will be reversed. They have that ability, I have seen it happen; you are not doing yourself any favors with this proposal. Don't play yourself!
I'm pretty sure the only "safe" amount of time to have Paypal funds before they can no longer be reversed is 90-days or possibly 180-days; it has been awhile since I've done any business with them.
Trust: -9999: -18 / +0 , why play with fire?
