I only know sidebets from blackjack I don't like doing sidebets because it only exposes me to more risks but sometimes when I feel like it I do "bet behind". My best experience with betting behind on blackjack is I decided to let 1mbtc ride on a player because the seats were full on the low stakes table and after several rounds it became 10 mbtc.  Can you share which gambling platform it is ? If it's interesting I might give it a try.

Sidebet is also known as proposition bet in gambling. It is more or less popular in sports betting as well where it is known as side wager. But it is mainly a blackjack strategy. The strategy is also used in binary/forex trading but in a little different way to hedge against the risk taken by the trader.

I used to apply such techniques when I was into forex trading back in 2009 -10. It certainly lowers the risk you are taking but it also lowers the profitability from each executed trade.

So far I haven't tried this yet but I am very willing to have some sort of knowledge regarding this thing given that in gambling aside from luck you have to create and experiment sort of strategic movements that will help you up grow your existing assets that will help you to possess a better amount of money. Multiple bets are initially good when you are having huge amount of money but sooner as you go along you may encounter multiple losses that will certainly make you out of control to bet for more so as a preventive way of avoiding multiple losses you must find a way for you to lessen it and effective strategies is not just buying sort of goods in the stores, you must create your own way. Doing side bet means you are adding more wager for another bet (a three card poker game) for something which has lower winning chance than the main blackjack bet. Indeed once you hit good 3 poker card combination, lets say three of kind then you'll win nice amount.

Sidebets are common in Fiat casinos but also in the crypto will be implemented soon enough, in some cases players like to call the bets they make to defend a parlay bet that only are waiting for a game and they call this bet a side bet although this is not true, it is a defending bet in order to not lose either way the game ends.

Tom and Joe may get a little extra competitive and decide to place a side bet between just the two of them. They will bet the originally agreed upon $10 on a game with everyone at the card table involved and they will bet, lets say another $25 just between the two of them.

oh really  ? but these so called side bets are still part of gambling which means you can still loose alot if you dont have a self control  .  we dont need a side bets just because we want to minimize our losses  because imo we can also minimize our losses on any kinds of gambling as long as we have a self control  . stop chasing your losses and you will be just fine   .  be happy and contented on what you already earnt or loss because that what trully makes us a good and professional gambler  .  ~ just saying

I have tried it on poker but i would say this wont really give you the chance on not to loss big money.You are risking more but somehow if it would pass through then thats the advantage.
Its just a matter of on how you do eat some risk

Correct, side bet doesn't reduce your chance of losing. Maybe what the OP is saying that it can reduce the amount of money that you can lose, but still a lost is a lost no matter what amount it is. And I'm not aware of any gambling platform that accepts this kind of side betting as describe by the OP.

Yes, I've played this sidebet thingy in black jack but not online but in a traditional land based casino. I wouldn't say it will give you minimum loss, but what's good about betting on the side is that if you have small capital, or at least lost big chunks of it and wanted to recover a few then you might you on black jack table and try your luck to recover.

At least in my case that's what I've done, but just the same results though.  , losing in the end.

But we never know when we can get a good 3 poker card combination, right? Maybe we can split our money into 3 parts, and we can place for 3 bets, that is what I was thinking so far. Or maybe it is true that we can reduce the loss of money. It's good to play, as usual, so we don't have to get confused with the strange strategy.

I hope that sidebet could be implemented in cryptocurrency casinos. I like that idea of sidebet. It's just betting some dollars on a 10k dollar bet of Tyler and Yassuo. And that's a only a small loss instead of losing a lot money. When do you think casinos will do this? It will take a lot of time to program this kind of idea but, I hope they will.

When i was starting to learn local Black jack,all i do is to sidebet and they allow me to do so,and upon that i start to learn the game also.
And what happens next?I become The player and from that other people is now sidebets on me.

I don't know if I have the right meaning of sidebet. I think side bet means that for example, you're betting on a roulette game. You mostly putting your bet on all reds, and your side bets are 0 and black. I think any casino has this kind of feature. Especially those casino that has a roulette game.

I haven't heard and I didn't know about side bet before. I haven't tried it as well. I'm just betting the usual way. If you're referring to multiple bets I guess I have tried that and still doing that at times depends on how effective the strategy is. I guess if it's risky and not helpful, I have to do it the normal way.
