I fear for this. I felt like with the downtrend and scams, investor would loose faith in emerging projects. We can se as early as now that majority of theses p[projects didn't hold up to their prices. Most of  the went down by 100% from their ICO price. Honestly I was the investor, I would think twice investing for now.

As compared to the Q1 of 2018, Q1 of 2019 saw a dramatic decrease in amount of investment done on ICOs. The amount collected by ICOs has been decreased by 58 times as compared to previous year.

Edit - It's not just 5100% but is 5800%
That decrease, 5800% is so big but I guess, and I hope that those decrease can bring the fake or scam icos down too when it comes to totally eliminating them as a playet too.
