Either they have joined same bounty or not but I don't find any other reason for creating two newbies account with having same social media profiles?

Well if he posts in differents bounties or in different weeks technically he is not abusing, he will get paid one time.

Try to search on his post history, I have no idea why he is using 2 accounts, people are strange.

I will try to search post history, If i can't find bounty abusing (registering for same bounty) then i will remove red tag.

I've reviewed some of his participations (back to February), both accounts are participating in around 25 (!) campaigns but all of them are different (and he's using only one Twitter, LinkedIn and Facebook account, so there's actually no chance for him to collect double stakes):
