If this is true, then you would be best served by creating a Scam Accusation thread, following the format laid out within this thread :

BTC (whatever equivalent Paypal has) or things like that, then you can get the scammer negative reputation and protect other users from this in the future.
Then, before you engage in another online transaction I would suggest reading a couple threads:

Admittedly, escrows don't get involved with Paypal, but lucky for you Paypal is easily reversible and they will likely have your back.
OP hasn't been active in 6-months and then popped back online to look for $10,000 on Paypal; doing a little digging will yield red-flags and save you from the nonsense 9/10 times.

BTC scam for quite some time now.
First they say they have a XXX
BTC claim, then the story changes to a XX
BTC claim (presumably to make it more believable).
I have an accepted/approved MtGox bankruptcy claim worth around 250 BTC, which I would like to transfer for real BTC, at a rate of 4% at current BTC prices, i.e. 10.5 BTC.
I have an approved, 2-digit MtGox claim. I need a 2 BTC loan and I will repay as 2.5 BTC
You know what doesn't change though?
a 2 BTC down payment before I sign the claim over.

BTC, just like the rest of their attempts.
This is your chance to make millions.
This user, in my opinion, is lying and enticing potential victims with claims that they could make millions if they only give OP the chance to walk-away with thousands. This section of the forum needs more common sense, starting with the victims that fall for this kind of stuff, then hopefully one day it will be common sense for a scammer to not even waste their time when people don't fall for it anymore.
