yes, at that time I also saw it and I was very surprised that the coin was immediately sold out after a few seconds was released. but in my opinion this system is not good because many people who wait don't have the chance to buy the coin.

this seems like a new record. in just 10 seconds it sold out. I did not participate in the IEO not because I was not interested but because it was difficult to get the right time to buy, it was always late because it was very fast.

Well if that is true then it is a great news for bittrex and also this kind of confirms that ieos have gained acceptance and it will be the next trend probably, i hope ieos will be only for clean and quality projects and scammers will not be allowed to participate.

Though small in amount. That was an impressive sale of IEO in just 10 seconds.
The largest credits would go for Veriblock as they were having a good buzz even before they decided to sell a part of their ICO (30%) through the ICO platform of Bittrex.
Bittrex now realised they need to be very selective on choosing which IEO to be hosted on their platform.

Still Binance winning because when you click one second later you will not get anything -even you are waiting for 15 minutes in queue.

But why they were so successful? They sold only few percents of them total supply.

If they are doing an ICO, it would have to take more than a month. But 10 seconds for IEO? I wouldn't have the time to read what the project is about actually if it all will happen this quick.  This is going to be bad for the bounty hunters but at least they will now know that if price drops to less than 90% its not the bounty hunters to blame.

Also, their internet speed must be super fast to be able to submit bid in time. This is a big disadvantage and disenfranchisement (even) to clients without super fast internet.
