Help me please! Exchange cryptaldash.com don't want to withdraw my bitcoins!
I bought coins cheap and sold them expensive. And now they're accusing me of using bots. They have been investigating since December 2018. Their leader answered to only 1 of my letter. Now they ignore me

I don't see any reason behind your suspension listed on the screenshots, but if you're actually banned because you traded with bots, well, that's freaking retarded.

The exchange should be happy that you trade with bots, it brings A. More volume and B. More fees.
The only reason to ban an account is if you're from a sanctioned country, but then they should've not let you register in the first place.

I haven't heard of this exchange, but please move this thread to Service Discussion.
