I think it will affect positively because when the price of some good cryptocurrency was reducing people will think  to invest about gambling so I think it will be more helpful for the development of gambling and also betting with some good investment.

I don't think it will have a big impact on gambling because the existing system can adjust to the current market conditions with a number of betting values and adjust the winnings from the start, everything depends on the platform you mean because all have their own concepts to spoil every player maybe everyone now trying to save all the Bitcoin they have and hope that a big increase will happen quickly, because everyone doesn't want to throw BTC easily after the price starts pumping, but returning again won't affect gambling too much.

I wouldn't use my Bitcoin to bet on gambling it is better to use fiat than BTC because no matter what the price of Bitcoin fiat will always be the same if i win. Hodling and waiting need a lot of time and patience but luckily Bitcoin pumped up to $5k and you withdrew is fast before it goes down again.

The best decision is to lower your stake, though you can still maintain your winning profit in my opinion this is because, if you leave your stake the same way it was when price was around $3700 or there about then you have increase your chances of loosing more despite the fact that you can gain more if it went in your favor.

Many experts still confused and thinking what is the reason the sudden bump in cryoto market in price and circulation aspects. Still they didn't reach the conclusion.
May be if you increase the fees you may find it get confirmed soon.

I think due to todays growth, gambling sites will decrease the maximum amount win in games. For example stake.com has limit in 10 btc in dice game (if I’m not mistaken). It is 41k$ or 47k$ for the maximum win. Huge gap between this two.

As far as I know, the maximum winning limit are set based on a percentage of the total bankroll so that users can not empty out the whole bankroll with just one bet. This also helps the bankroll to stay in game and recover the losses by forcing people to play more.

Bitcoin price not too much high it is difference $1000. It can't affect on gambling if we play with bitcoin. If bitcoin price cross more than it then definitely bitcoin give affect on gambling. But gamblers have other options, it is not necessary that we use only bitcoin, we could use other coins, so gambling will carry on.

I guess it depends on which gambling site you are referring for, just for example gambling site doesn't use bitcoin/sats to roll the dice if what kind of gambling feature is that. But if you used sats to gamble of course the quantity is still the same and I think it doesn't have an effect even we're on bullish trend. For example, bustadice and windice gambling sites are different in using coins to bet and roll.

I think that if you are talking about gambling with cryptocurrency which is wide spread across the US particularly Las Vegas, you know that a rise in the market value of crypto could both rise as well as reduce the number of costumers in the casinos. People who normally gamble with Bitcoin might hodl them due to the rising trend. Those who are experienced would love to keep the coins on the line to win more. People are obviously going to adjust their stakes. The amounts in bitcoin that people are gambling with will be less, presumably.

Usually yes. When prices rise significantly, some people will tend to reduce their bet amount and vice versa. But because today's spark isn't too big yet, I just did a little reduction. If you love to hold your bitcoin in your gambling sites wallet then you will get that benefit.
However, I believe most gamblers will not do that, we use bitcoin as a payment method and we withdraw right away.
Most of us also are small time gamblers, we don't bet much so with an increase of 10 to 20%, still would not affect much.
