It is no brainer to cash out if you are in profit.  Those who bought at low and see a 20% to 50% growth in their holding should definitely cash out.  But of course, those who bought at an even higher price, they need to wait until they can see profit in it.

I wouldn't say it is being greedy of people still waits for sometimes as long as they actually believe in their holdings.  Often times people just sell 50% of their holdings and wait for another increase.  That way they can maximize their profit.

Of a truth it is too early to cash out and good pricing are still coming.  I think bitcoin is now heading towards $6000. We might see little resetting along the way but it is more of a bullish trend than a bearish trend this time around.  I will not sell now but keep faith with the new signed of bull dominant!

I don't think it's good to sell and convert your asset to fiat. More chances is coming to our holdings, and the market nowadays started to gain a better progress compared of last year. If you're a short term trader and bought your coins few weeks or months ago then you already earn because of this increase, therefore its a good time to sell/cash out if you think you had enough and contented with the profit.
