You can find all the forks loaded on the coin here: http://www.findmycoins.ninja/It's a shame that someone sent 0.001 BTC to the coin's address, that usually devaluates the premium.

I agree...I like my Cas coins reflecting the face value only and not a Satoshi more. You might wanna try an auction for this starting at 0.5btc or the minimum price you think its worth. The market will tell you what it is worth. Goodluck

For an amount so low it doesn't seem like it was done by the owner. Afraid most cas coins will see this type of abuse over time. OP yeah I'd set auction at face value you probably are looking at a couple sats over btc and bcash peel value. Probably worth a peel and selling the peeled coin, will be easier for you.

Interesting, why does it devalue the coin in your eyes? To me, due to the open blockchain which shows every single transaction, including the first funding, additional fundings do not devalue the coin at all - it's just a reflection of things happening on the Bitcoin blockchain. Maybe I have a naive collector's view here, but the physical coin remains untouched by these transactions, as does the initial funding.

Seems like a tough position to be in. On the one hand, I can see why a perfect balance is desirable. On the other hand, dusting attacks seem to be increasingly more common. With many of the public addresses available, some troll could easily screw with the balances and add a few sats.

I agree to this view - if it did devalue the coin then we would have to imply that any additional funding of a physical coin ultimatively leads to a financial damage where the 'malicious devaluator" could literally be anyone. This, if true, looks like a serious vulnerability as most of the physical coins pubkeys are known for sake of transparency. Is there a report or reference somewhere of such event - where additional funding decreases value of a physical coin?

Is there a report or reference somewhere of such event - where additional funding decreases value of a physical coin? Only when way more is added to the value, it reduces the amount of buyers that can afford to pay the "market rate" premium over face value. i.e. in the case of a .1 BTC coin gets 1btc added to it. I think there are coins out there that this has happened to and have been tried to sell here, would have to dig it up

I don't think dusting takes away value and I fully expect all Casascius coins to be dusted eventually. The public addresses are known and there are always people doing things for the lulz. Good times and a fun read. https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1100176.0OP, I suggest a 1 week auction beginning at 0.5 btc. That is the best way to realize market price.

I decided to reopen again this thread after I receive PM regarding my coin. I already peel it The problem was I can't ship the token due to laws in my country. They didn't allow the coin to ship out in other countries. I still have some 1BTC and 0.5BTC cas. If you can go here in my country (South East Asia) then you might grab em all.

Definitly try to get hooked up with someone that can buy them in person before peeling them. These things are rare pieces of history. Also, make sure to get all the forkcoins from it. https://forkdrop.io/
