What is diskless boot?
Diskless boot has three roles: diskless network, diskless server and diskless workstation.
In a network, there is a diskless server and multiple workstations. These workstations do not have disks, they are booted over the network, get the operating system from the server and run on RAM. Such a network is a diskless network. The workstation is called a diskless workstation.

What is diskless mining?

1.Server
A common computer can be, such as: CPU dual core, 2.8GHz, memory 4G, 32G solid state hard drive.

2. Network equipment
In general, in a diskless network of >100 rigs, we require the central network to use Gigabit switches and Gigabit LANs. If you have these devices in your network, you only need to deploy them properly. If you don't have them, These devices are not expensive and it is recommended to purchase.
3. Diskless operating system (linux)

you really dont need hard drive to run mining os or any os why not using just  a flash drive , you can buy those 4gb flash dirves for around 2-3$
So dont invest into hard drive , or a 2-3$ flash drive , but build a 10G network for a fast 3 min deployment for 100's or 1000's of miners  
Also there is no specific information what size of ram need it for your diskless mining workstations

Minerbabe is a decent system, but it could do with a wider range of algos, and support for Vega 64/vii. For Nvidia and RX up to Vega 56, it's fine - tho similiarly Hive, SMOS have pros and cons too...

You ar corect.. 10G network ar pretty expensive.
