Most likely fake.

There is no github, no informations about the wallet or the devs, no social medias and no mentions to this wallet anywhere. All it has is a single page with a download button, a .exe file and a “reward”.

The file is most likely: a) a fake wallet that will steal the XLM you deposit; b) infected with a malware.

Please, don’t risk it.

Scam - 99%.
Many scammers are trying to take advantage of the Stellar airdrop that is being given over blockchain.com. You get $25 worth of XLM but you have to go through a KYC process on blockchain.com. That is the only legit Stellar airdrop.
If Stellar or some of their partners are giving away 315 XLM there would be a massive marketing campaign to get as much attention as possible.
If there is no mention about it on Stellar's social media sites or telegram - it is a scam!

If we visit the official site https://www.stellar.org/lumens/wallets/ then we can see that there is 17 wallets which are available for download or as web wallets. There is no mention of Electrum XLM wallet, so this is 100% fake file with some malware which aims to infect a user's computer.

The page itself is too simple, and scan by VirusTotal is give one positive detection by Eset marked as malware.

I already assumed that it was scam and I have not downloaded it, only that I have seen a banner circulating on many websites and I wanted to inform the electrum community.
