What is the difference between exchanging Paypal for Bitcoin and buying Bitcoin with Paypal? You stated it separately, as if it is an entirely different idea.
You're a newbie that literally registered a few hours ago, and now you are attempting to involve yourself with the most scam-ridden transactions on  the website.

Either you are naive, or you are one of the scammers that I am talking about.
