Can an ICO go for[BOUNTY] thread first and [ANN] thread later?

I have seen almost all of the ICO's going for ANN thread first and announcing BOUNTY later at least after a week. But some have gone for bounty first and ANN later. Is it necessary to announce ANN first or is it some kind of strategy?

You guys need to understand importance of ANN because it is the place investors can discuss about the projects and even after the cryptos were launched it is important for the team to maintain their ANN to prove them they are legit and hardly working for developing their crypto to the real purpose.There is no time interval or any rule for launching bounty and ANN but when we are smart we can find which one is important.

The announcement should go first in preparation for the bounty hunters so, bounty hunters and investors will do research if they are in a right project, the last thing I will do as a bounty hunter is to promote a project where I have no idea what I'm promoting.

Still it is okay to find the community base first before launching their ANN,but managing their ANN and how responsible they are really matters to know whether they are doing it for money or to develop their project.

yeah, you can. sometimes, an ICO has prepared important preparations from previous years. when they opened a thread bounty, I thought it didn't matter. as long as it's still controlled by a trusted person. if it's not mistaken, some of the bounties I follow don't even have ann.

Ann thread is important. Beside of their site and whitepapers. It contains most of the info about the campaign you are joining. it shows that the project is serious about what they're doing.

ANN thread first is better because a bounty campaign will attract investors and they won't be impressed if you don't have an active ANN thread. If no one else is interested in the project they won't invest

I don't see the logic of any legit project to announce first the bounty before announcing their plans, bounty is for adding awareness and advertisement while the main point is the project itself, ANN page will be the basis of possible target investors how bounty can attract them if they won't be able to see
what's the plan of the team behind.

In reality, there's projects that has been launched without any bounty.

Announcement thread is made for investors or tradera noticed the info which have pertinent info regarding the project. It is much nicer to see those hunters not discussing in the ann thread. By the way, those campaign that have bounty first is also okay but most them isnt worth it. A project worth can be seen by its announcement and dedication first on answering query from the ann thread.

There is no rule on that but it is still better to create an ANN thread to get the attention of investors first and not the bounty hunters. Unfortunately some ICOs are still new to the game and new to this forum. Take this one project who posted a bounty thread using a newbie account for example. I offered a few suggestions, including ANN creation, but one week in after bounty was posted, there's still no ANN thread.

ANN threads are very important and prioritized most importantly because this is the first step as an introduction to the project to the public and investors. they introduced products and everything they could do through the ANN thread, while the Bounty thread seemed to only be a strategy to promote their projects and to attract more investors

Ann thread will be first then followed by bounty threads after months. Ann thread is for showing or giving information of the project what it is about, all information must be in the thread. Gathered suggestion from here and after a while. While having an ICO, they will conduct bounty campaign for better advertisement

Ann is more crucial for detailing all what the project entail. Ann is for the overall member of the community to get to know the details of the project why bounty hunters is meant for its promotion. Both are important but I think Ann Thread should be first created before creating Bounty thread

possible of course. even some projects doesnt open an ann thread because they prefer to give information only on their web sites andtelegram or dischard groups. so they hire a bounty team to manage a campaign. that team opens a bounty thread only.
