Those people got a great power in their hands but no one is going to use it in order to help people when it is needed.

I'm telling that the problem is that those people publicly declare that they are fighting terrorism and some other shit and getting huge money for it while doing absolutely nothing.
This is not about racism and greed. Current international political system is not working and it is full of shit.

there will never be a system that will work, we had a monopolar system after end of cold war that constantly benefited the usa, ugandan politicians always act opportunistic, they even started to blame france for the genocide, in politics there is no truth, people always sing the song of those whos bread they eat,

i lost interest in uganda genocide the moment the politicians there started to blame foreigners, it showed me that truth seeking is pointless.

Some of the terrorism problem is actually cultivated by them .
 Some of the movement to wipe out the political system of other country is not for the purpose of to provide relief to the citizens of the country but they are done just to get control of that territory.
I guess Rwanda has nothing valuable like(oil, gold or any economic resource) so nobody bothered there.

Without the U.N, the genocide in Rwanda would become worst and cannot be stopped. The spotlight on the failure of international peacekeepers to come anywhere close to living up to their names.

In my opinion, I don't really understand why the dominant Hutus of Rwanda turned with well-planned violence on the Tutsi minority whom they held to be traitors. I don't really understand humanity and the reason why they have successfully killed more than a million within one hundred days.
