Is AEX.plus listed on your site? It *was* known as AEX.com but they changed addresses a week ago.

I think you are reffering to Tagcash, which holds an E-money license to run PHP on a permissioned blockchain.
TAG original is a scrypt coin, which is not being used within the Tagcash platform anymore. It still has a small group of followers, which would like to breath air into the old coin. But they are not controlled or funded by Tagcash in anyway.
Tagcash had to move on due to the limited use of that type of blockchain.
Now they are using Multichain and Stellar blockchain for part of their services.
Tagcash differs itself from other licensed E-wallets, as they recently opened up as a Fintech development platform, which means their core repository is now open to the cloned and build ontop. These can be modules(mini programs) for within Tagcash, apps and services or for a yearly fee companies can have their standalone app with the Tagcash core, build around the wallet, https://tagcash.com/develop.php.

So all and all, what makes Tagcash different compared to the local big boys, is they opened up for others to display their development within Tagcash using the Tagcash core. This is how WeChat became huge in China. Yes, because such projects only seek profit for a while and after that the project is abandoned and the coins die without any price, so be more aware of new projects.
