We operate a website esportbets.io and it's basically an email registration process, no ID, pure crypto. Now, we heard people would like to have privacy coins there to deposit.

Adding Monero and Verge using a third-party payment processor like coinpayments would do the trick.

Or how more private can the website be from your point of view? If it's about untraceable deposit addresses then adding these 2 cryptocurrencies makes it private.
