I noticed this user started spamming all the boards posting same message in different words.
Some examples-
1. A question to all Bitcointalk users with available SIGNATURE SPOTS!
2. How to earn 1,000,000 by selling your Bitcointalk signature spot!
3. How to make money (altcoins) with your Bitcointalk signature.
4. Placing all crypto advertising and marketing services on a marketplace!
5. Marketplace for crypto advertising and marketing!

These 5 threads include promotion of a marketplace platform where people can rent their signature space. A single post can do the job but instead he created 5 threads. These aren't the only one. He created bunches of threads for promoting his ICO. Check his profile and get idea how much spam he is doing in the forum.

I actually seen him in altcoin board and even on sub board, have some comments on his posts but didn't know that he already created many related threads. Obviously, he did it for the marketing of their upcoming ICO which made their project to look rubbish. However, what bothers me is they implicating the buying and selling of accounts like what they've said, they can log in the accounts if someone agree to their service.

In this instance you want to report the topics using "report to moderator" Just state "the user is spamming these threads to promote their platform". There's no need to create a thread everytime we find someone spamming. If you have questions Welsh has a great topic. [Guide] Reporting effectively

If it were just one Ad I would report it still but ask it be moved to "service discssion".

Going through them, I did notice 1 thread was an [ANN], and one was in service discussion. The others definitely go in the spam pile though. I reported 1 and linked it to the other 2
