I have been convinced to cancel

So each share is 72gh.

 machines are in hand mining as i type. give me a day to figure out prices.

I will run these on btcguild

 At 1 price pays all of .009 per gh 72gh shares are   .009 x 72 =   .648 btc

while it seems to be a higher price then buying your own ant miner.

 you get  to use 2x fractal design newton r-3 1000 watt psu's
 you get to use 2 eaton ups that allow for 45 minutes run time.
 you get  to use  a trend net 16 port gigabyte switch
  all power  costs are included. power is about 1.5 kwatt  or 25 cents per hour that is about 6 usd a day.  
180 usd a month. 360 usd for 2 months.


I think I will pay every 10 days.  on the 30th day we will consider sale on ebay. on the 60th day we will consider it again. the ebay sales will be done on my ebay account.  and I will be transparent to my costs.  i.e. I have a really good ebay record so my fees are a bit less. this is my ebay account link

I will keep 2 of the 10 shares and sell the other  8 shares. Since it is in hand and it is mining as i type If only one share or two shares sell that works for me.  I would just keep whatever does not sell.

(I am giving bit minter a 24 hour run since Btcguild is steady but boring)

okay how can this make any money for you the buyer.  right up front it would not make btc roi in 60 days of mining.

  but a share means more then 30- 60 days of mining .  

1 share means 10 percent of  the 4 machines when they sell on ebay or any good selling deal we agree on.

and of course we may decide to mine longer then 60 days  if btc rises we could mine for  many months.  

 that may give btc roi but would give  us fiat roi for sure.


and I am phil just a single one man show not looking to build an empire.  not looking to run 100 ant miners.  but I figure for a smaller buyer this may interest someone.

I will also break down if you purchase 4 machine today from bitmain cost = 4 btc or 2560 usd. then buy 1 switch a cheaper 8 port is 40 bucks 2600.  then buy two fractal psu's 400 = 3000 then buy 2 ups from eaton cost 400 total cost = 3400 add 360  power cost up to 3760

some cables and a few extra fans and this is 3800.   with no surety of when the gear comes in.  so real cost for 2 months is 950 a machine.  if they come instantly and they work.  so it would be about 5.28 usd a hash all expenses paid for 60 days.

 .009 is about 5.79 a hash.    means you are paying a 50 cents a hash premium due to it being in hand.

Here's the best suggestion... Don't do it!  Not worth your time.  Let's just say that you bought your antminers at today's Bitmain price, which you didn't but let's be hypothetical:

5.184BTC for 8 shares - 3.992BTC for 4 S1s =  1.192BTC profit from the sale of 8 shares

1.192BTC profit from sale - 0.56BTC for 2 months of power at current BTC rate = .632BTC + 144Gh/s mining + 20% ebay sale would be your total profit

If you just mine for yourself, it would probably take you around a week to make .632BTC at 720 Gh/s.  Why would you want to answer to shareholders for such a low return stretched over 2 months?  Just work for yourself.  Any down time is your loss.  Down time with shareholders makes angry shareholders.  Do you plan on having 24 hour monitoring?  Are you going to reimburse for down time?  What if a miner or all 4 miners break down for a total loss?  How will you reimburse you shareholders because there will be no mining and no ebay sale?

You're looking at a hassle and a headache for a lot of work with little pay!
