setting up

  i have missed something important in the set up! when i start bitcoin cz i get import error:DLL load failed
i dont know what is neccesary and what is optional eg i did not set up yet another password for the wallet! thought address was enough? do not know where to load url off start up page etc does anyone know where i can find a setting up sequence to get started?
