Your previous account got banned for ban evasion. That means that an account before that one got banned probably because of plagiarism or spamming.
You as a person is banned and all accounts associated with you are banned from the forum.
What is the reason your first account got banned? Did you plagiarise posts?

I did not know the rules of the forum, I took a subject and translated it to another language and I published and published in another section Is there a solution to restore my brother's account?

Interestingly , once the OP got hint of the rules, the statement shifted from "my account" to "my brother's account".
OP you need to contest ban on the very first banned account and here nobody will entertain the "my brother, my sister, my husband, my wife or my father etc." like defences.

I think @soarez, hiding something, how people here can solve your solution if you are not honest with yourself, about your problem.

If you are not honest about the problem you are facing, I think people here are confused about your problem.

So don't know your problem is blocked by what reason.

Without having proper information its not possible to give you best solution. I don't know why you post this kind of topic where its compulsory to share details information to find out the exact solution. After that you have already got so many valuable replies above on your thread and I hope those will help you to find your answer. If your account got banned then its might have a proper reason for banning but if its locked or hacked then you have possible ways to get it back.

Also, the  Nezar Ayach profile had only 12 posts / activities, but has already received 2 merits so far for 2 posts (which has already been deleted too, like the topics above)

There are chances to come back, sure, but it is hard and the owner of the banned account has to prove that over the account history in the forum, he or she actually contribute good things to the forum. That is obviously not the case of such very young account (created on 30th March 2019).
Personally, I don't see opportunity for the account.

There's been no policy change. redsn0w wasn't permanently banned due to several factors which made me think that permabanning him would be a net negative for the forum. Nobody is banned strictly because of "the rules"; it's always handled case-by-case, but almost always, plagiarists deserve to be permabanned.

If you think that a ban should be ended, make your case in a new topic from a "good for the forum as a whole" perspective.
