How we'll play:

Pick one of the available tickets from the tables above. Each table represents a possible next to last character that can come up in the hash of a freshly minted BTC block while the characters inside the table represents a possible last character. Once all tickets have been taken (and paid for) I'll select 3 consecutive blocks that will be mined in the near future and use those for reference. The next to last character decides which table wins while the last character decides who inside that table holds the winning ticket. One ticket can win several times!

How we'll play:

Pick one of the available tickets above, reply with pick + TxID. One full (and paid) I'll select 10 consecutive blocks that will be mined in the near future and use those for reference. The last character in the hash of those blocks represents the tickets and whoever gets a hit wins! First 4 blocks determines who wins a ticket to the main raffle, the next 6 tickets determines who wins a ticket to the next raffleception.

The actual raffle is in OP. But it is 64 tickets, each table has 4 characters (4x4 = 16, all possible outcomes from a hash). What you see for example on Table a (1, 2, 3, 4) is that once blocks have been drawn you need the next to last character in the hash to be either 1, 2, 3 or 4 and then you'll have a chance to win. If that makes sense?

EDIT; So you have to pick what ticket you want in any of the 4 tables

You mean the number of winners? I think the raffle is fairly priced considering what is up for offer, there will also be raffleceptions coming up shortly for a chance to get in even cheaper
