Probably you've heard the same question every day, but I'm a bit confused...
I've got some money to invest, I'm following some coins from months but the prices doesn't change.
What I mean by ,,the prices doesn't change,, let's give ETH as example in the last 2 months the price was between 92£ and 129£ and I don't know if is a good idea investing... Please change my mind and give me some options and opinions please.

well, if the Coin or token you have been following has not make any changes to you or you are not comfortable with it you can look at other Coin or token and invest in them. Investing in ethereum is good but since you are having some doubt I suggest you forget about it.

if you are following an unknown coins then you wont be able to have a good profit even you hold it for a couple of months, i suggest you better look for well established coin like btc in the market, if you see the price it become better and better for the past three months so it is worth investing in.

basically, the cryptocurrency that you are pertaining to is already can be classified as a volatile crypto, and that means that if you buy at 92units of your currency, then sell it at 129, you can achieve much about it especially if you've investment much of your money. But do also take into consideration that the market today is increasing.

Well i don't know exactly how much you want to invest in but ETH  is good cryptocurrency which you can invest in with 80% hope that the price would rise in the future. In addition, you can also invest into cryptocurrencies that are really doing very well such as BNB and XRP.

If you are ready to going in for long term then Ethereum is great for that but there are other investments that can give you x100 a couple of times

With your example, your investment would have grown already by a good length. Eth is already trading at 180 and would likely be breaking the 200usd barrier soon. But it depends on you bro. If you're already in profit then it's not a bad idea to sell. Try other coins that aren't as big as btc or eth. I bought quite a number of btt just this morning at 15 sats.
