There's a newbie in gambling section that is giving away $100 as a promo code. The site he is referring need you to deposit first before you can withdraw your winnings.

Just hit the report button, include all necessary details, and mods will do the rest.

Lots of same thread like that before, spamming any boards of the forum with their exchange/gambling's make deposit first scheme.
