There are hundreds and hundreds of fake centralized exchanges or exchangers(OTC)online.
Just always do a whois, a google search "exchangename scam",
If its hosted at a freehoster its guaranteed a scam.
Check if theres an imprint with address and Taxnr.
Google for the companyname.
Check Facebook,LinkedIn,Twitter,Bitcointalk.
You can also check the taxID(MwST-Nr), at least if its an eu-company
Check if (team)pictures are fake or real(again google picture upload and compare).
Is it logic and reasonable what is written on the website
(g.e.:10Mio customers ,1Mio BTC sold...but no reviews found as website exists since 4days...)

Anonymous hosted site without imprint is almost always scam.

It sounds complicated, but in most cases after 5min you can easily see...
...and you will find that not only scam-exchanges are to be found, but
tons of cloudmining-fakes,crypto-investment-mlm-fakes,ico-scams,fake trading-robots....
Actually I guess more than 90% of material you find in the web about crypto are scams.

The rest contains still a huge part of paid-opinions, that means positive paid reviews about scams.
But these sites are formal legit, just the content is fake-journalism(hidden promo)

No, just use decentral exchanges or regulated centralised exchanges.
You cannot regulate crypto itself, only fiat and thats the good thing with crypto.
Scams are already forbidden.
I dont really like the idea of regulating whole internet.

Just look normal onlineshops. There are so many scamshops.
Using WWW means take care by yourself to whom you trust...
Anyway here on Bitcointalk you find a lot of info about scams. Sure you find even more scammers :-)

Did you get scammed yourself?

As far as I can tell this site is built from some sort of template, and its unprofessional design alone gives away some real telltale signs of a scam. There are no reviews of it available on google via a search, which means that there is simply no point of taking on a risk like this even if there may be a slim chance that they are legit.

We must punish the scam! And do regulation in the world of cryptocurrency.

Exchange regulation is much more complex than you think and involves a bunch of countries internationally. Also, having regulations alone isn't going to do anything. There will forever be unregulated exchanges popping up that don't have reviews, or people don't know about previously. Just use your common sense, if there are no previous reputation then it surely isn't a good idea to just use an arbitrary exchange you find on the internet.
