Seems like the site is being blocked off by the service provide. I bet it was another scam trap where they would ask for a deposit to withdraw the promotional balance. No one is that generous to give 100$ for free but if they are asking a deposit then its a obvious scam.

They even ask to download some file which is too suspicious and most probably a malware. Tagged the OP of that thread.
