Hello,

I deposited on the site ~50 mBTC, I played before the confirmation and I won about ~321 mBTC.
So I waited for 3 confirmations before withdrawing my money.
Once the 3 confirmations are passed (after 30 minutes).
I'm trying to withdraw my money, but what's going on?
They refuse my withdrawal and ask me to contact support.
I contact the support and ask me to check my account.
I agree to check my account and I send all the documents they ask me (ID card, selfie...)
Once done after 20 hours of waiting, I receive an email telling me if I have a second account.
I tell them no, I only have one account because it's the truth.
They send me a message 2 hours later and say that I have created an account called "menahem911" and that it belongs to me.
And that according to their rules, If someone has 2 accounts, balances will be blocked and his account banned.
I still tell them that it is not my account that I have only one account called "carzobo".
After 24 hours, they tell me that my account "carzobo" and blocked and the money suspended for making double spend on an account named "menahem911" that does not even belong to me.
So at the end I find myself at 0.00 € without my base money and without my earnings.
Nice scam, I advise you to avoid sportsbet.io, at your own risk.

I think that was the reason why have detected you using multiple account. Most likely they have checked your IP address, and usually it would happened if you had used VPN. Perhaps some other users used same VPN or IP address that you had used. Is it against their terms & conditions? I am not sure about it since I had not read. I don't think they will scam this kind of small amount since they have solve more issue with more big amount. Try to discuss their ANN thread as coinlocket$ already mentioned, hope your problem will solve.

Hello,

Thank you first for giving me time.
I always use a VPN to protect me, it's not illegal and not prohibited in their general conditions of use.

me and few guys here have wagered thousands of dollars with sportsbet , we always got paid without any problem and always the payouts were processed instantly
they limited me and I'm not able to bet more than like 75$ with them , they removed my price boost ( excluded me from promotion ) but they never stole my money

I just can't believe they will scam such small amount unless there was actually double spending

Hello,

Just read the email message.
They accused me of creating an account and making double spend but I only have one account named "carzobo" anyway believe who you want.

Even a normal PTC site has VPN, VPS, PROXY, detecting system implemented and you can't create an account.
If you have an account registered in the past (maybe created a year ago but forget it), but now when you go to create a new one it will prevent you.

My question is,
Why gambling sites do not implement such a system to their platform?
If had implemented, then cases like OP could have not arised at all, nor OP had to do KYC.

Why a gambling site does not prevent double registration in the first place to avoid future consequences? What's the catch here?

Taking a look at OP's post history I question his trustworthiness  Roll Eyes
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5120909.msg50171137

Specifically this comment when he was asked to prove ownership of his coins
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5120909.msg50206968#msg50206968

Sounds like a typical scammer who got busted trying to double spend at Sportsbet-  and now his new account got banned as well.

The VPN seems not to be issue here base on the OP statement about getting inform that he used VPN and VPN was not what the sportbet claimed was the reason why the OP fund are withheld but it will be better if the OP could right but I will advice the OP to PM and complaint on their official ANN thread as said earlier. If no change, take it to ask gambler.

Since OP admitted that he is using a VPN,Sportsbet has a good and valid reason to ban you, they have campaign I have seen their signature campaign several times and they are one of the top betting sites and I doubt if they are on a scamming business for just a small amount you should lock this thread for now and go to their official thread to discuss this issue do not be to hurry to accuse.

We will soon hear an official version of the story. I'm curious what else will come out. The amount is too little for the reputation to lose

I'm glad you did, you should go back here to tell us what went wrong with his account and it's necessary that you come back here, and resolve this issue, a betting site must have a good trust rating to acquire more fans and users, I'm pretty sure you have a valid reason why this thing happen.

Sportsbet has always been fair to me, they sponsored me for a year thousand of dollars as bitcoin was really high during that time, I also got their compliment when sending me the money and when talking to them through skype, one of their agent told me a sentence I will never forget, he told me I should probably follow your tips too  Grin. This was just to sponsor my tips for a good amount of time, I have played, still play there and never a bad thing have happened to me, I always use the same network connection with them and I believe I am whitelisted.

That's just you speaking for yourself and doesn't apply to the entire community. There are a lot of players who open a scam accusations against the said website every month or so. And that's why the website is tagged. They're known for selective scamming and selectively boosting stats of some players. If your forum rank is good and you have some trust, they won't likely scam you. All the scam accusations are posted by newbies who don't have a history on this forum.
