CPC banners are always up 100% for popups there is no way of telling user but we almost have popup campaigns coming everyday and we are as well bringing new advertisers so popups will be available almost 80% of the time. We do have direct ad campaigns as well with 100% fill.

But mostly our network have popup and direct link ads available but now we have as well filled with cpc banners too as we have new advertisers on board.
