Ethereum is still depending on BTC market price but we need to have a sustainable market so both of them will rise and free from the dips curse. 
But we would like to see ETH soon to be independent from the market and could build its own strength making its own way. If that time will happen, there is only less possibility that it will dump when Bitcoin fall down.

Are you really sure that by the end of May we will be able to see $ 300 for ethereum?  If today you watch the cryptocurrency market, it seems to me that the ethereum cannot overcome $ 200 as some kind of psychological barrier.  It seems that something prevents to do it.  As if the interest in ethereum is quite large and many users of cryptocurrency really believe Big Hope on the erc20 platform.

Uh i'm not sure about that, the price of ethereum is so low compared with the price on 2017. I'm not really sure ethereum can hit a new record high surpass the price on 2017.

My prediction is ethereum can hit $300-1000 in the end of the year can continue increase to the next year, i hope.

Actually we all hope for ETH to get out from the dip but it is not that easy when entire market is too low and not much investors want to invest in the dump market, and when BTC is not going up, so altcoins like ETH will hardly has a chance to pump to the peak, rightnow ETH are still strungling to keep the price 160$ so not easy to predict what will the price at the end of this year, however i can quite sure without any good progress, ETH will always below 200$ at the end of this year.

Once Bitcoin pump was continuously move in this year automatically Ethereum also recovering the 2017 results.
