Just checked out the website and my first impressions are pretty bad. It is a simple black and white design which clearly shows your lack of effort op. How in the world did you think this would compete with higher quality alternatives out there?

Focus on redesigning the website from the ground up and then plan on marketing it here.

The design is pretty basic maybe because they are not targeting a huge audiences they are just providing a platform for those users that want to play coinflip in PVP style.

One more thing, fee for instant withdrawal is so high (1000bits = 100k satoshi).

Who will play such game having this kind of instant withdrawal fee? Yes it's instant but even so, why should you go for an instant withdrawal from this site when you can have your coins withdraw to your wallet easily using other casino with low fee? In spite of their simple sites design which makes this completely far by into its competitor which is enough for users to stay away on this one, it do adds up with that high fee which is mainly

I do believe that launching the site is not even a plan from the owner. He created the script, tried to sell it but failed to get buyer then maybe he thinks that it is better to launch it instead of keeping the script useless. So there is no good preparation, he just launched it in a hope there will be some people willing to play so he can make some profit from the script as he has failed to sell it already.

Maybe they are still on the development, so they don't think about target huge people to comes. And before they announce the new interface or after they fix the bug, they need us to suggest his gambling site so it could run properly for the people to play.
Yes, I realize that the design is a pretty basic, but I am sure that the OP is already finished to fix any issue, he will give an update related to the site, so maybe we can see a new design for the site.

The site is too simple and I think the fee that you collect on each game is too high 5% is too much ,
And the withdrawal fee is too high there are a lot of famous gambling site with only low withdrawal fee .
So why would the gamblers choose your site? I think you have to fix the fees and make the site look more active instead of being too dull.

The only thing about it that is inconvenient is that to write in a chat one first needs to realize that this thin grey like above 'send' is where one should type. A simple square typing field would be better. Another thing is that since your website is very new, perhaps you should consider making a small faucet or send some coins for people to test out the games. And I agree with others that 5% fee is too much to ask.
If this website is for profit, you obviously should invest something into the project, no?

There are no more demand for this kind of PVP Gameplay, You need re-invent your project and follow the current standards set by the different casino platform today.

The 5% Fees is high considering you are not risking anything on both sides of the bet, 0.20% to 0.50% is pretty much the current standard.

Agree, primedice used to offer a flip feature that had zero fees if i remember but they got rid of it. Do a zero fee flip site and use ads/donations for profit IMO.

Though the OP already stated that this is really pretty simple website yet people are still complaining.  I believe, he is not aiming anything big for his site at the moment. So it is up to you if you want to take a shot on his game. Anyway, no high expectations from his end. Faucet is always a highly requested feature for a new site so if the OP can allot a lil bit of his stash to those who want to try, might be a way to attract them.

The OP should take this piece of advice. Else, he can use free templates with better designs.
At least, improve the aesthetic appearance of his site.

He said he will lower the fee. But his major bottleneck is not the fee but how many players will be using his platform?
We don't know if this site will stay longer or just disappear in no time. So if I am a serious player, I'll just look for a trusted site.

This sounds a good idea you know 50/50 chance of winning is very fair, but PvP type of online gambling needs a large number of players with different time zones to make it work or else impatient players will just go into a different online casino that doesn't need to wait for other players. I think no need to close the site, he can hire designers to make a new interface for the site, but before he did that, it is better to give an announcement to their members so the member can know that the site wants to make an update with a better design.
They can also check on every page on their site to know if there is a bug or hole so they can fix before it's used by the hacker to hack their site.

The BTCFlips' design looks very outdated, like falling decades behind other gambling websites. Let me say (in my opinion) that one of the most important thing that casinos, dice or gambling sites (both real and online) should prepare for their platforms is:
- Designing as beautiful, colorful, and attractive User interphace as possible.
Because gamblers need to have external factors to help them maintain concentration. Nothing can do that better than beautiful graphic designs.
