I can not believe what the OP said might be from the many average telegram groups, all the contents of the bot with lots of ads appearing, so whatever the offer, everyone knows that the telegram still has many active bots.

Lol, your quoting the old message which is unrelevant to reply now but anyways just to answer your assumptions it's possible to lure those real users specially if OP do some giveaways and airdrops. But if the one he do is automatic addition and sending it those bull random messages to the real users is I think not relevant for me to believe that real users will come since In my experience I automatically block and click report those users who sends me a random message on telegram.

Such useless services add people to various scam telegram groups. If you look, you will understand the different, many scam giveaway groups add thousands of members without permission. And to the scammers they  gives telegram users information. These types of service providers. In my opinion, those who provide such services should be tagged.
