Why such a big transaction fee for freebitco.in.
Transaction fee 0,00006000 BTC *
However * The auto-withdraw fee used will be the current slow withdraw fee at the time when payments are being made but will be limited to a maximum of 3,000 satoshi (0.00003000 BTC)

1. All faucets want you see (and maybe click) those ads. On the other hand, they will not encourage you withdraw.
2. While at automatic withdrawal they can send all withdraws in one transaction, at manual withdraw that's not possible in most cases (to group more withdraws together).

A Bitcoin transaction pays a fee to get confirmed. That fee depends on the size of the transaction. A big transaction with all the withdraws pays less than they'd pay for sending them one by one. So making on demand withdraws more expensive makes sense.

It’s because of network congestion, which has cleared up now.
