OP you want to buy bitcoin or sell? the last post of your says you are going to sell your bitcoin but here wanted to buy 200BTC.

How does  the transaction takes place for exchanging our BTCs to $

Step by step rule for transacting BTC to dollars.
1. Register in bittrex.
2. Send your Bitcoin to the bitcoin address provided on your account.
3. Trade bitcoin to USD.
4. Send your dollars to your bank account.

To OP, do this guide or just have a transaction to somebody at your hometown or some places you can sell that, meet them up so that they will not scam you.

Im quite sure it was not meant how to cashout at exchanges ;-)
I recommend to contact the exchange before trying to cashout such a high amount at any exchange.
Most times you run into withdraw limits...and your $ will be eventually get blocked for a very long time...

My experience with exchanges is quite mixed...

And you have to think about the question: To whom do you trust to hold 1Mio USD for you?

Exchanges are not Banks.
And even banks you have to select well in case you want to deposit high amounts.

Anyway the thread is obsolete.

Please answer me only one question, if the exchange offers trading with a 0% commission for absolutely all pairs (for an unlimited period), then what does it earn from? As far as I know, commissions for withdrawing funds will not bring much profit, unlike trading commissions and payment for listing coins.
