Do some sports make sure you are enjoying your time so you would forget about porn or maybe just imagine something embarrassing to stop you from watching like being caught by someone while watching porn.

Pornography addict is a very bad habit and that is why many people find it very difficult to break it.  To Break porn habit need commitments and dedication to stop it.  I think prayer as a Christian also do help and start to go for evangelism is also good as this will create spiritual understand of how holiness work.

You need to control yourself to this because that is bad routine, how old are you? Because I think mostly who are addict to the porn is the teenager if you are teenager. I don't agree with you.
I know many cases when even married people can't control such habits and overcome need for pornography.
They couldn't solve it without professional help.
