if you want to verify your code and make sure it's free from malicious bug, then i suggest you contact smart contract auditor like solidify or hosho as an extra step.

anyway, there is no way you can make your token have value just by coding. you need to list it on exchange and then market will decide how much does your token worth. forkdelta might be your best place if you want to try and trade your token. btw, what does this token utility? if there's no clear utility then no one would buy it.

Did you create this token btw, or did you just randomly received it?
Looks like it has 17 holders, with 99% is held by the original creator. I doubt it would have any value even if the supply is 'limited' to 100 million. If there's no utility there won't be any demand at all. So what's this token for?

There are thousands of spam tokens that are landing in our crypto wallets. It can be a forgotten airdrop or bounty programme, but most likely, it is another garbage token to attract new audience to some project.

This token is not listed on Coinmarketcap so you will see the price of this token is zero.
And also you can exchange this on decentralized exchanges like forkdelta just paste the token contract address on search bar, just removed " XXXX"

But you can only trade this if there are some buy order and dont expect huge .

first off, please realize it takes 5 minutes to create a token on ETH network, so if someone sold you something, that dosent make it worth anything
you should probably actually just start at Ethereum.org and start with the docs there actually    
for a wallet i recommend personally metamask, desktop wallets arent really a thing with ETH as they are pretty buggy and the chain is massive lol
