A group of people are spreading news that Binance Dex has launched and they are holding a giveaway.
This is a scam!!!
Link- https://decentralized-launch.com/
This website says they will send you 0.50 BTC if you send 0.05 BTC. Don't send any fund. It's a scam.
Once a transaction has 6 confirmations, it is extremely unlikely that an attacker without at least 50% of the network's computation power would be able to reverse it.

Newbies are the main target of this scam attempt. That's why I have shared here to create awareness so that they don't mistakenly send any amount. In scam accusation thread, it is better to be posted but it will not serve the goal of the thread.

It's an obvious scam and phishing attempt since I am seeing the part for log in

My Netcraft extension also agrees,

This is why it's very important to have such anti phishing extensions especially for Newbies.

Classic old school stupid scam style.
Anybody who falls for this kind of thing would be the one to blame  Grin

I think there's no wrong in posting this thread in here. After all, newbies are the main target of scammers. If a newbie is holding many coins or has big investments then that is big for scammers. But more often, this kind of thread belongs to scam

Jeebus I swear if people still fall for these types of scams.

I checked the static BTC address[1] on ecentralized-launch.com/binance/btc/index.html? and so far the address received a total of 0.16032912 BTC

They have created a telegram group. I sent a message there stating this as scam. They instantly ban me from the group. I think some newbies will fall in trap of this scam.

It’s a shame people fall and will continue to fall for this kind of obvious scam. It’s clear that having a "free" aura to the scammer’s claim, with promises of a 10 fold gain for doing absolutely nothing, seems irresistible for some, lowering the defences to those of a three year old (at best). Scammers will be scammers, and they know there is a never-ending line of people who are prone to fall for the trap, likely both here and in real life.

Looks like they have been on the game for a while, started with this last year https://binancebnb-dex.net but its now offline.
I found one more domain which is similar
https://decentralized-launch.org

Both domains were created on the same day.

A group of people are spreading news that Binance Dex has launched and they are holding a giveaway.

There has been plenty of them in the past as well. It's not a new scam but the back story keeps changing.

Make sure that whenever you see claims of a giveaway, you verify this with some sort of official from the website that is apparently offering it. These giveaway scams have gotten so bad in the past on Twitter that CZ had to change his name to something along the lines of "not giving away coins".

Use your common sense here.

Why would an exchange ask you to deposit any sum of money if they were actually running a giveaway to promote themselves, especially with such high returns on your deposit? Most of them don't even have the appropriate licenses to do this, since this pretty much constitutes an investment.

It's trap for newbies. No older one like us will fall into their trap. At first I thought it will be some sort of trading competition to give a hype to binance's DEX but when I checked the url and giveaway rewards, I got it is a scam. But a newbie will not know about this or for having this lucrative fake offer, they may deposit too.

Obviously, it's a scam, people should know that any site that asks you to send funds before you receive the giveaway is scammers, this is a big no-no, people who are engaged on airdrops should know how to trace a scam and a true site that gives giveaway.
