Don't bother with the users, he is just promoting his referral link but the issues with CHT is true and correct, it will be harder now to build up a good reputation after the hacking incident.

A centralized maternode/staking hosting is just another layer of high risk investment.

Join a pool when mining, solo mining is not possible anymore not unless you own a big mining farm,.
