Anyone + 3 years trading or investing?

I am curious if there is anyone who have traded or invested crypto more than 3 years?
and the profit is good?

The only trade I have been doing that has been over 3 years is Bitcoin which has been quite successful, both trade and investment has been a wonderful experience, I have successfully taken profit from most of the fluctuations that ha happen, although it is not every time I have won in my trade, there are some that I have lost as a result of my greed and some, due to impatient, but my loss is not more than my win.

Most of the altcoins I have, I started trading them last year and I am yet to be successful in some of them, although sometimes I can be lucky to catch up some pumps, but that was based on luck and not strategy.

The key to be successful in trading and investing  over than 3 years is to adopt your strategies to the changing market situations and learn on your mistakes. What worked 3 years ago is not working now and vice versa.
Crypto is changing so fast that we have to learn all the time  and try to keep up with the speed.

Though I am just more than a year as a trader, I knew someone who are a trader for more than 3 years now. Yes, he is still gaining until now but through out the years of his trading, he gain all the knowledge and strategies that is why he is now an expert trader. But for me, the years isn't the issue here but how much we are gaining enough profits even if we are new in this trading field.

As you aged being a trader and you are actively trading, it's expected that your skills will improve also as your experience would help you on that.
I am a long term trader and I can say I make money but not as active as day traders makes money, I aim high but the outcome of my trading now is acceptable.

of course, in 2016 I have small pieces of BTC and ETH assets. BTC prices at the beginning of 2016 were $ 450, and at the end of 2016 reached $ 950. when 2017 BTC creates bullish quickly, and the end of 2017 reaches 20K. in 2 years I got a lot of profit from my investment.

3 years ago I accepted Bitcoin trading but then I did not have enough knowledge about of Bitcoin. So, the probability of the profit was less for me.
and if I talk about the investment then I fell the 2017 year then i got profit by investing in ICO. But at the moment ico investment or trading has taken strange form in my case.

I know bitcoin since 2015, not really invested in it, just using the faucet and deposit a very small amount of money. In the last bull run, it was pretty decent I think. I got like 50-60x from my initial investment.

Hmm..i think we are the same i was started depositing my money last 2015 and only i thought is its safe to stock your money here and it has a chance to get profit but i didnt expected what i‘ve got,so for now im still investing my money in bitcoin and hoping that i could still earn again same as last year.

Keep on investing mate and your hope will not be shattered, I am glad we have lots of people here on this forum that are well experienced and not those who would just come newly and expect bitcoin to perform magic, which if they don’t get immediately, they start making lots of negative noise about BTC.

This investment really requires patient and efforts, many of us have profited from it in the last BULL and we already know how patience really pays off, we need to apply the technique also to this period, we might not be getting much now but BTC will surely do what is has done before and we will never regret Holding on to the coin.

i have been around from 2014 so nearly 5 years and most of that time i have been trading altcoins specially during their pumping times and yes i have been making profit but only because i don't bag hold any altcoin without an exception.
i mean i did that in early years but fortunately for me i soon realized that altcoins are pump and dumps that are not worth anything in the long term and they are best things only when you get involved with them in the short term during their pumps.

if you want to make profit in this market you have to gain experience. start trading for real but with small amount of bitcoin. then slowly you will learn which method suits you best and how you can make the most profit while taking the least amount of risk.

I have been here for more than three years. for profit, I get it pretty much. the peak is the end of 2017, when it was all pseudo coins that I had the price rose more than 300%. My initial investment was less than $1000, but now my total assets are more than 10K. and profit every month that I can get approximately $500 every month.

I have been for more than three years, first trading crypto in 2014. at that time I often lost, but as time went on I could benefit. the biggest profit I can get is definitely in 2017 and early 2018. maybe it is the best time, all coins go up even I can get profit from shit coins.

even though I have many happy stories here, there are not a few disadvantages I've ever experienced. the peak was last year, almost all the coins in my portfolio fell. it was the biggest failure as long as I did crypto trading.

I've made my first investment. I've made a great profit but I didn't keep it also. It's value has melted. But I've use a lot of money last year. So there will be no harm for me even BTC goes to zero.

Yes of course, I learn about crypto in 2014 and began to trade crypto in 2016 and I can say that it has been the best thing that I have gotten myself involved in, well sometimes the market could be really bad and frustrating, but at the end of everything it always turns out well, since when I discovered crypto, it has always been my source of living for 5 years now and I have never stopped earning from crypto till today, and I know that even in years to come I will still be making money from crypto.

Before it was good. But now? I dont think so. I think there are users here who will agree with me.
The volatility before is high and you can make profits with only that in trading. That is why they hate bitcoin so much because of it and merchants wont accept it. There is a risk in using it because of the large movement.

But now, it is just investing and hodl. Profits are just cents in trading. You need large capital to make something happen.

My trading experience is more than 3 years and the mentioned problems by other forum members are reasonable. Investing in the small market cap coins have bigger profit/loss ratio compared to investing in higher level market cap cryptocurrencies.

I participated in the crypto market at a recession and I'm not lucky. If I know and start participating in the crypto market since 2015, maybe I have become rich now.
The altcoins grew tremendously and until the bubble burst, investors at the time of 2016 were still profitable.
