Although the official announcement listed the various reason for this delisting which includes Commitment of team to project, Level and quality of development activity and Network / smart contract stability, a lot of was connected towards Wright’ claim to be Satoshi."

Finally, that's happening and more exchange sites will be following binance and shapeshift has already stated if they will have delisted BSV. Im so happy to see the scammer that called faketoshi gets punished again.

Following his own words and sentiments, Binance decided to delist BSV as CZ felt it was necessary to teach Wright a lesson.

that is just bullshit in my opinion.

people including Binance seem to be intentionally forgetting that Wright's scam didn't become deviant yesterday. it was clear as day that he is a scammer the day he claimed to be Satoshi while bribing some bitcoin devs and tried to fake the proof.
then more than a year later he created his shitcoin called BSV which Binance (completely aware of his scams) added to their platform.

Ethereum founder Vitalik Buterin also agreed with BSV delisting (https://twitter.com/VitalikButerin/status/1117847091038932992). Not for nothing they meeting with CZ on Deconomy in Seoul Smiley

Yeah, you know that other reasons for delisting BSV were kinda true, but that also probably just a formality for delisting a trash project. BSV actually deserve the delisting. No one will respect conman such Wright, moreover, it is Satoshi that he was impersonating, and most of crypto community respect Satoshi. The thing is even the decision of binance listing bsv at the first place was a questionable decision.

It is a good move by binance to delist this shitcoin. It should never have been supported in the first place, and was partly the reason why bitcoin crashed so heavily

That was probably a market strategy, since people would put their BCH on binance to get the airdrop.

Probably CZ thinks that partnering/continue listing BSV will not be profitable in his business and will somehow give a negative impact in their growing influence.  All these decisions from Binance is purely business aspect.  If they found out that  it won't help them or the negative effect outweighs their benefit, they will turn them down.

I like the image Grin

Yes, I agree that Craig Wright needs to get an important lesson so he can understand what other people say and he should not do the same thing again in the future. We hope that this time, he will admit that he makes so many mistakes in the past and commits to preventing from making another mistake.

From what I have seen on twitter, there are plenty of people who want bsv to be a delist. There will be more platforms following binance, and happy end is near for bsv.

I would have liked if the issues were settled nicely but somehow things went wrong and we are seeing this as a result, the only positive outcome of this conflict to me is that the CEO of the biggest crypto exchange is a strong supporter of crypto concept and he is trying his best to safegaurd the interest of the crypto community.

CZ should really have told Craig a lesson.

Yes it has divided the investors of bitcoin into BSV and also with other for coins. CZ showed on how supreme Binance is and on how people rely to his decision when it comes to the market. I hope that he'll never do this to very good coins just to gain attraction for his BNB coin.

It is good for him, he will surely regret his actions. I don't really pity him but I pity those that have invested in the shit coin. With what I have seen on Twitter which is spreading like wildfire, more exchanges will delist it.

The question for me why he listed BSV at all ? It is ok to admit the mistake and correct it but not make a glory out of it. Binance was listed Bitconnect as well and many other shady coins and not for free.

In my view Craig Wright won't learn his lesson unless other exchanges follow the example of Binance and delist BSV and any other projects promoted by Wright. It's been obvious to me that some powerful people have been backing Wright, and that needs to stop. I think there is a recognition that he seriously needs to be checked or else he will further his destruction of this infant industry.

I tend to agree with you. Since the beginning, Bitcoin Satoshi Vision was the name of the forked coin. Didn't CZ read the word Satoshi in the name and now decided to delist based on that? Come on!

Craig is simply just a drunkard who wishes he had been the originator and since no identity is claiming to be satoshi, he decided to give us a public figure by presenting himself, which is indeed a very bad behavior.

I think the best thing to do is actually to teach him a lesson by delisting him which Binance exchange has already taken the lead and I wish other exchanges can do so too, by the time he becomes irrelevant, he will learn his lessons to always keep his mouth shut. This might really create a very big dump for Bitcoin SV, a lot of investors will be panicking by now, but its good thing they still get the chance to have access to their fund.
