Electrum servers were targeted lately by an exploit and by a DDoS attack.
One bit problem is now that if you are not careful enough you may end up with a fake Electrum wallet which will steal your funds.

Most probably your funds are safe now. But in order to handle the problems, I think that only the newest version of Electrum is allowed to connect to the servers. That's why you are disconnected, that's why you don't see your funds.
The solution is downloading the latest wallet. For that you have to go to electrum.org (and make sure it's not a site with a similar name) and download. A good extra caution is to verify the signature, there are tutorials on this forum for that. And if all OK, then you can use it.

You didn't say what OS you have, I'll assume Windows.

In theory the reinstall should keep the wallet file / your data. However, a backup is always good to have.
For backup you can either search in %appdata% folder, either use in Electrum menu File->Save copy. That file you have to keep, clearly. You may get some more tips on this page I googled, but I didn't read it thoroughly: https://coinguides.org/backup-electrum-wallet/
It worries me that your seed "did not work". The seed should clearly work, it's the best backup you can have. You should at some point re-check that seed. Maybe this thread would help: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5121860.msg50217689#msg50217689

I also searched for a tutorial to check Electrum key, to make sure you downloaded the correct stuff. This may be good: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5130429.0

The 'seed words' do always work.

Are you sure you have the correct backup ? It is weird that you can't recover your wallet on another computer. This should never happen.

Make sure to make a backup (or multiple) of your wallet file and install the latest version of electrum (only from https://electrum.org/).
Afterwards make sure to verify the signature before installing!

Then you should already be able to access your wallet, if not, move the backed up wallet file into the wallet directory.

I tried to export my private keys but it wrote can not backuped by simply exporting these private keys

Yes, because you are using a 2FA wallet (which basically is a 2-of-3 multisignature wallet).
Your wallet does hold 1 key, TrustedCoin (a company which provides this service via 2FA) holds another key.
And your backup seed holds the 3rd key + the key your wallet already holds.

You need 2 out of 3 keys to create a transaction, this means, one of these:
  • Your wallet file + 2FA
  • Your backup seed
