Absolutely. The tokenization of real estate will be a boon to cryptocurrencies and real estate. But before this becomes mainstream, we will need scalability and user-friendliness among protocols. Tokenization will also allow investors to own fractions of real estate and get dividends from it.

I think that all this is beneficial in any case. I hope that cryptocurrencies will also be supported by real estate. I believe that sooner or later cryptocurrencies should express a position in their capabilities.

You are very right and yes real estate can really boost the crypto world as real estate transactions especially in big urban commercial centres are huge so that will definitely bring big money in crypto market resulting in massive surge, im hopeful that propy and atlant will also do well.

I believe that our main goal as crypto believers is to bring everything to the blockchain so that we can experience mass adoption and this adoption will definitely cause an increase in the price of the coin giving us wealth that we never thought of having in the nearest future, once we can take real estate to the blockchain, then I think it will create more awareness about the crypto space and also give investors more confidence to participate in developing the blockchain.

Adopting blockchain technology for real estate business will bring win-win situation for both crypos and for real estate business too. Blockchain technology will lead to efficiency whereas both the sectors will introduce new customers to opposite sector.

I once followed the real estate platform, the name is leaxcoin, the price at the beginning of opening trading in the market was very fantastic, but now the price is declining, maybe the prices adapt to the current market conditions. if the company already has experience in real estate and develops into the blockchain platform it is likely that the project will run successfully

There are not only many projects and platforms that you have mentioned here. Alt.Estate, Devolve Developer, Etheera ... There were many projects I did not remember.

But it is a sector that is not really easy to implement. However, if a complete integration is achieved, I am sure that there will be a revolution for the real estate sector.

Actually the first one i stumbled onto was ATLANT, but its the same situation with your lexacoin, but i'm having a good feeling that there are even more new projects around in the Real Estate sphere

you are confusing ICOs with real world applications. it doesn't work like that. what you keep seeing is just a bunch of tokens that don't serve any purpose in real world which are using any buzzwords that they think can boost their fund raising and their price success after release so that they can earn more money.
in reality you can't mix 90% of the buzzwords they use with blockchain.

I'm eyeing for the CESTATES.io project. I've spoken with the creator of it in person and he seem to be determined with the project. This project obviously about tokenization of real estate assets, I don't know the whole thing that it caters. But he said that there are investors that are also eyeing to buy the project itself and giving an amount that he can live the rest of his life but the guy never had intention to give and sell it to someone else. And that made him determined to pursue the project because it has the potential.

I strongly agree with you. Real Estate have a very large factor in strengthening Cryptocurrency. Why? Because real estate is an asset that always grow in worth and by using crypto on it, some investors really wanted to inbest their money on something that is a sure win.

But most of them are just riding the hype. Real estate is a bit complex system. Seems very simple in the front-end but very complicated its back-end. You thought, you don't need physical presence to seal the deal but in reality, you still need a lot of actual documentation before you can close one transaction specifically when you are talking with land or house property. But at least they are trying to address some issues pertaining to real estate industry.

There is a chance that real estate will going to make the crypto world go better. As we all know, money in real estate is continuously circulating through time, big investment is involved that can drag the cryptocurrency assets to even better. Allot of this might be possible if we allow it to happen, as far as I know, there are successful ICO's that pertains to real-estate before.

I think that so far, I have found several ICOs that promote projects for real estates. Some of them already have their real prospects and companions to the real estate. However, some are still only on the blockchain technology or system.
In my personal opinion, crypto for real estate is very promising, as we know, real estate will always grow and develop. By using crypto, real estate can be reached more easily by the people around the worldwide.
Some real estate ICO projects have proven about that and they are working now.
However, not all can reach that value and boost the crypto world. Therefore, IMHO, it will depend on each project.
