Technically you don't meet my qualifications for an unsecured loan, but since it's a small amount I gave it some consideration.  The other issue is that current transaction fees are BTC0.00061851 for sending the loan to you.  You offered to pay the transaction fees, but that would make the repayment amount more than twice what you are asking to borrow, and that doesn't include the transaction fees you'll be paying when you repay the loan.  All together this loan will cost you close to BTC0.003 to repay if the fees don't stabilize before then.  I do want to help you out, but with the fees they way they are right now, I might be doing you a favor by saying no.  It's my opinion that taking this loan would be a very poor financial decision on your part, so I'm afraid I'll have to decline.
