I just checked out the project and for sure I can say it's a good one, I have seen a lot of project claiming to create a decentralized video streaming platform, raise a lot of funds from their investors to create this platform but end up doing nothing, but I am happy to see a project that is already working on this, though I need to check their github for the full source code so I can really see if the videos are really stored publicly or privately on the blockchain.

A decentralized live TV on blockchain is very interesting stuff but i read it doesn't really use blockchain...that it is a centralized platform with just a native cryptocurrency. Haven't  found time to research how this works.

I don't know much about this platform but the fact that PewDiePie joined the platform is a sing a single sign that the project is serious enough to operate. I have heard news recently about PiwDiePie is joining DLive and they are going to pay him in tokens. well that will be very good for him coz on facebook a lot of money is taken by youtube but here money will be fully is his control. btw I am surely gonna try out DLive.if everything goes well then this project has a very good potential of becoming a massive content platform as because youtube is slowly gonna be consumed by the big companies.

I just passed by with the site and thought that it's fully running on their own blockchain. But if that's what you have found out, please do more research about them. I don't have time to check everything that they offer but it seems that this is an interesting website.

I see that popular youtubers like pewdiepie is also using this platform. And I forgot to do research about peerion which is the project that OP is trying to convey to most of us here.

I’m confused, I don't know which you want in below was comments that your project peerion or Dlive by lino blockchain project.

Dlive: I see them based on the streaming video but basically share the content dApp and will be seen by the audience as well like youtube or BitTube.

Nope, youtube can play recorded videos while dlive is only for streaming. I haven't navigated the whole site but most likely the posted categories are active for streaming only. Youtube has better edge on this because you can also stream there and the streamers are aware of it and they can spread their stream with both ends.

Ive watched a few things on there and it isnt too bad. Its still needs work but it is really nice to see competition for twitch coming up. I was thinking of doing a bit of streaming there aswell but i havent found a good moment to do it yet.
