Well, I used to play slots from time to time and I have entered in some tournaments, at traditional gambling sites though.
But I've completely stopped playing slots altogether, it's just way too addictive in my opinion.

These games are designed in a way that really cause people to get addicted faster, even more so than most other casino games.
Plus, the house-edge is just way higher than other games, I know slots that have a house edge of around 8% or more and they're not that rare. 

Same here, I only had experienced at traditional based casinos. Never tried to joined online though. Of course I would love to join but then again, I'm thinking that you need to have a big capital to begin with in order to join. Because in the land based that I used to play, you need to pay some entry fee, as far as I can remember.

Which kind of slot tournament you are referring to? The one which requires players to collect points based on how much we wager on the game or something like what I have joined some time ago in winrate casino? The last tournament that I joined was not about wagering but about big multiplier in single spin which is interesting than usual normal slot tournament. I joined other slot tournament at Fortunejack 2 years ago, it was not about wagering as well but it was how many spins made by participants and I made a nice profit at that time from the tournament prize.
But if it is about tournament which is about wagering then I wont join it especially if the tournament is a global tournament from a game provider where a user needs to compete with players all around the world.

It seems you have so much experience in slots and slot tournaments. I was actually referring to slot tourneys in general, regardless of the kind.

The best tip for wagering in slot games is by looking for slot with highest RTP so the winning chance in every spin is higher means that you can play longer with higher RTP slot games. when i was a child i love to play slots offline and i won most of the times  . other players on our place do also won all the times .  i can say that slots are a good way to make money because they are more winnable than other kinds of gambling out there but i dont know if the diffculty of online slots have a difference to the offline ones   . as i dont experience to play online slots for some reasons

Competing against other player is a good betting platform Winning here means that other players were having out of luck. This is one way to earn in gambling though I have seen some pictures that could still be connected to online casino betting.

Its is not easy to win a slot tournament and you have only 1% percent chance of winning and 99% chance of losing this tournament. I do not prefer games where the chances of wining are almost close to zero percent and also I don't find myself lucky in such tournaments.

Of course with the advent of latest softwares, any online slot developer out there can really put a game that is so entertaining. But not only that, it was also meant to attract gamblers. As far as I know, they dig deeper on the psychology of gaming, the looks, the sounds, and the features, and importantly, the miss hits or miss bonus, LOL (I know, they supposed to be not doing it, but I don't know, I still doubt it,  ). So we have the same experiences in the slot, I never get my luck on that game. I admitted that to win in that game, and I will need luck to comes to me so I can get the winning. I choose dota and warcraft to play the online game because I think the pleasure will bigger with those games. But it is too hard to win in the gambling games.
